1. Program Description
   Tint Evolution operates an SMS-based appointment scheduling service for automotive window tinting. Customers may text our business number to request appointments. Our team responds with available times and confirmation.

2. Message Frequency
   Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per scheduling request.

3. Message and Data Rates
   Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Tint Evolution does not charge for SMS messages beyond standard carrier rates.

4. Opt-Out Instructions
   You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
